Toys ""R"" Us Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We get paid on how well we do

The best part is that the store is non-unionized and I get commission for bike assemblies.

Review from Sales Dept

Fair pay for fair work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I love Toys R Us and working here and I'm sad that they're going to close the stores

Review from Sales Dept

Great place to work and fun

Review from Sales Dept

Love it great place to work

Review from Sales Dept

It's great and it's well balanced

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Closing of stores without a recovery plan

More hours stock and honesty from upper management as to exactly what stores are closing

Higher salary possibly more time off

The company offered no severence

Review from Sales Dept

If we were given our severance that we deserve since David Brandon and his GOONS got their "BONUSES"

Review from Operations Dept

It’s okay but it think there would be better pay and salaries in other location

I would feel better compensated for the YEARS and YEARS I have worked there if they paid our SEVERANCE that is DUE TO US.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued because I'm losing my job, while Dave Brandon oversaw the company's closing and will receive millions on his way out the door. I've worked longer and done more for Toys R Us and in a few months I'll be unemployed.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like I do more work than my position requires but do not get paid accordingly. I also got a very small raise during my last evaluation and feel like it was unfair

Review from Operations Dept

The health benefits are pretty much non existent and you pay for everything regardless. The pay isn't that great compared to other places and the store is constantly understaffed

Review from Customer Support Dept

low promotion opportunities and pay

Review from Sales Dept

Its a entry level job for me. I don't rely on it. I just see it as extra cash. So I can't complain about pay.

Review from Sales Dept

On ur feet 12-20 hours running around sometimes no break huge store working within every department and dealing with issues is a lot for very little money

Review from Sales Dept

I believe when working with a company a person should get paid just as much as a person they are bringing from the outside

Review from Sales Dept

To make more money. I have been with the company many, many, years and only make a few dollars more that new employees.
