What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership ran the company into the ground only to end up stealing from employees and giving it to themselves for doing such a bad job.
Building team members with skills to succeed at their job. Giving hours to secure employees that are contributing to the stores overall success. Instead of favoured employees. Actually work the floor and make the customers their priority. With reduced hours all managers need to be hands on.
Having respect for each individual.
Wish they would look closely at the hours and possibly discuss higher pay for hard workers

Closing of stores without a recovery plan
More hours stock and honesty from upper management as to exactly what stores are closing
Higher salary possibly more time off
The company offered no severence

Apathy really killed the mood at my store. We all knew the company was in trouble and that nothing was going to save it. It made/makes going to work a chore.

It's not very difficult they make you sell something

Well first off the company couldn't compete with places like amazon that have thousands of different product that we couldn't keep in store its a bit late now to improve anything
