What is the best part about your compensation package?

Uncapped commission and being able to make more money when i do better

My favorite part is that TQL benefits encompasses everything that I need and was looking for from an employee benefits/perks plan.

My glasses cost $15 out of pocket, and able to afford my health care and oral care.

Market competitive with long term investment opportunities

Uncapped commission, the harder I work the more I make

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees are berated for not getting info back to customers within five minutes of receiving an email. with the current economy, a $50,000 salary should be minimum.

Because they don't care about us. It's drilled into you that you're replacable and they don't acknowledge hard work or loyalty. I've been there 6 years and this company is taking away benefits and pirvelages. It's greed. blatant greed.

I believe that I'm being underpaid in comparison to my male counterparts and other organizations pay anywhere from 5-10 thousand more a year for the role I'm currently in.
