Appreciating their staff properly. The men at the top of tql should be in jail.
Pay more everyone and truckers too
no taking som much commision or duities from the brokers we dont have any thing to do any more its always handled by another brand new department all the brokers are good for are setting margins

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are berated for not getting info back to customers within five minutes of receiving an email. with the current economy, a $50,000 salary should be minimum.
Because they don't care about us. It's drilled into you that you're replacable and they don't acknowledge hard work or loyalty. I've been there 6 years and this company is taking away benefits and pirvelages. It's greed. blatant greed.
I believe that I'm being underpaid in comparison to my male counterparts and other organizations pay anywhere from 5-10 thousand more a year for the role I'm currently in.

Team work, socialization and mainly support

my coworkers threaten to kill you on a daily basis rub womans backs when times are slow and every in the office is ****ing eachother
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Advancement opportunities for diversity hires. Fire the CEO. The man can't write a comprehensive email
Insurance prices, diesel prices , poor truck drivers , and the stupid electronic log book

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
need more activities like HQ gets like a 15 minute massage sign ups and other things like that. which really help boost morale release stress just the little things they can do that helps but like i said they have stuff like that in the HQ office not the satellite
