They are all hardworking and examples of what rhey want from each of us.
A majority are still on the sales floor in the thick of things. Makes it easy to talk to them and ask questions. Very approachable and helpful.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commission and being able to make more money when i do better
My favorite part is that TQL benefits encompasses everything that I need and was looking for from an employee benefits/perks plan.
My glasses cost $15 out of pocket, and able to afford my health care and oral care.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people here are great and a lot of fun
We all work together well and help each other out
My team is just really, really supportive. When something goes wrong it's all hands on deck and we work together to get it fixed. It's very rewarding.

They are all here to grow their business but they are willing to stop and help you with whatever you need

Competitive environment, and pretty casual for the most part.

We are competitive but in a fun way. We all have each other's back. We celebrate the big and small in all departments and offices.
All departments are working together to accomplish the same common goals. We can't accomplish them without the help of all departments, sales and sales support. We are consistently creating efficiencies by working together.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to shadow someone in my role and see what I would be doing
I was able to meet with a number of people to really get a good feel for the company. I felt that I had what I needed to make an informed decision.
I enjoyed how personal the interview manager was as well allowed me to ask as many questions I wanted as well.
They did not underestimate the job and say it was easy and a cake walk
We really didn't talk about the industry, they just wanted to get to know me as an individual
What makes you most happy at work?
The job is something different every day. No set routine, which I like.

Being able to support other internal teams is my favorite part. I love being able to accomplish projects that make my employees lives easier and I firmly believe in TQL's company values, CSR efforts, inclusion and morals.
The work I do is personally rewarding. I can actually see the benefits of my work in my own life as well as the company.
