Cordial, friendly, helpful, hard working, caring group of people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper management is disconnected from actual operations with our store. Their demands can not be met with the amount of hours and employees that they are currently allowing us to have. Customer service is suffering due to understaffing on their part, therefore affecting sales.
