People who know how to manage and work with good people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
getting a better quality of people not just bodies who do nothing this is a very bad scary place to work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is not enough room to write it all down. Mostly horrible nasty people who get away with many bad things.
What makes you most happy at work?
NOTHING at all any more since you are always have the possibility of getting fired for NO reason at all they gang up on you if they don't like you to get you fired
