Good workers make the experience remarkable, but bad workers destroy it!

Work for the rest of the team and create a team work experience

We basic workers (crewmembers) who really make this company succeed need to be paid fairly and we need good management!
What are some of the best things about your team?
there are few great workers and we carry the weight for the company while other workers get paid the same and do literally nothing all day long, terrible management that doesn't control this problem at all!
