Hire people that desire to work hard and would appreciate people and fun people that love to interact with everyone and that doesn’t play favorit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want to feel appreciated like I am a person instead of just a moving body on the floor, someone that helps the team and not like a working animal like a mule
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are the only thing that’s positive and very few customers most are just rude and negative but use to that part and management claims to want to make the environment fun but not so much n
