Has gone downhill since I first started. Used to really enjoy it now I see how little corporate cares about the lives of employees. Most coworkers are burnt out and feel undervalued since they called us "heros" for about three months before cutting raises and taking away safety precautions.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Many crew members are just cool people and we all struggle together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Had to sacrifice long term pay cut for temporary and very short 'hero pay' even though the pandemic still lingers. Management repeatedly values customer comfort over employee safety and routinely gaslights people who complain and intimidates those who may want to organize for better conditions.
