Our most recent Captain, she killed the beautiful morale that the store used to have before she came.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The captain! They are thw main individual thay allows it to happen. A captain should bring his or hers coworkers best conduct out and not have lazy people tryinh to find out if their speaking bad about them.
