What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The captain breeds a mean girl culture, she lets the passive aggression continue. Put the lazy people to work and stop trying to find out who's talking bad about you. We have the right to not side with discrimination and to talk to our coworkers on thier personal experiences with the situation.
