Poor leadership with regards to crew member performance.

The diversity of the crew members is good.

Two Trader Joe mates interviewed me and they were very warm and friendly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company would benefit from addressing crew member complaints relating to other crew members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trader Joe’s leadership team seems very enthusiastic and professional when they are out in the stores visiting with crew member
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is stagnant and cannot be increased unless you are promoted. The raises have been reduced recently and the retirement match has also been reduced recently.
