There is a lack of communication between the store management and corporate. It allows the captains to have a free reign in the store and that isnt always a good thing if the captain is difficult. There is a bit of a good old boys mentality that needs to go away.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Crew members are almoat always very nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
My benefits structure is really good.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are great for the most part but there is a lack of training and support from the top.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy to get through as yoy usually are promoted from within and interview when they think you are ready.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Interity is the first value but managers who have been demotes are allowed to stay on management team and continue unchecked.
