The interviewers are conversational and try to get to know who you are rather than asking routine questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat you like an equal and everyone is there to learn. Everyone is so friendly and kind and that's what I love most.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Literally everything. If you've been to Trader Joes, you know there's no way to really explain it because its just such a happy environment. Everyone wants to make each other happy, I think that's what makes it such a positive place to be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working at TJ's, you come in contact with a lot of people and every once in a while you meet someone who is having a horrible day. We usually like to give them a free bouquet of flowers or a free treat to brighten their day. That's what makes me most happy.
