terrible company, micro manage everything, not as ethical as they look, very ableist and shady, not a fun place to work

working with you, being straight forward, and being more relaxed, and higher pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was overworked, and found out others who got hired after me were making more money
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had 3 interviews over the course of a month, and on my start date, the manager had to leave early without telling me, so I wasted my time and had to wait till a few days later to start, very unprofessional
