Continued cuts to crew benifits and working conditions were made worse by covid 19 and the high turnover that came with it. The company continues to not adress crew concerns that involve saftey in the workplace as well as new hires currently making more than crew that have been working since 2018

Paying a living wage with transparency around advancement oportunities and raises
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about crew members and their expierences at all. They only consider the customer expierence and store profitability.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Where I had to have three interviewes with two different mates and a private interview with the captain. People currently being hired talk to one, maybe two mates/captains
