By and large these people are a second family to me. We all share in the misery that the current head manager has created, and there's a level of bond there that I don't think can be severed. But nobody should be made to feel this way about their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people with basic human dignity. Half of the managers are okay, but anyone looking for upward mobility into being a "Captain" at this store is incredibly vain, and insincere in their dealings with regular crew. They will throw you under the bus as soon as it is expedient to do so.
