What makes you most happy at work?
A handful of my coworkers, and a lot of the customers, and making things fun for the little kids who come in with their parents shopping. We have a stuffed frog store mascot the kids love, it's fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been repeatedly denied raises, training and advancement, even though I consistently and reliably show up and work and do my best and work very hard and efficiently, to the point where customers go out of their way to personally thank me, express gratitude. I pull the weight of multiple crew
