Worst experience of my 25+ year career. During my time working for a TJ's store I received a Cancer diagnosis and took an unpaid medical leave. My first day back at work after approved leave. I was micromanaged and repeatedly criticized by the store Captain. I witnessed similar happen to others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TJ's has a generally positive culture, but one incompetent store Captain can ruin it for the mates, crew, and customers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interview was held in a back room next to the trash and loud noises. There are no offices. Interview was not ADA friendly at all.
