The culture here at trader joes is great and the environment is chill and kind people every day.

can't quite put a finger on wich thing is the best because everything is great, bryan is an excellent person
What do you like best about the leadership team?
outstanding leadership and a great team to keep me motivated day in and day out. overall excited to be working with these great people and hope they feel the same.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help people and explain to people about our products, we have a lot of interesting things here that a lot of people, when they first come, don't usually know what it is, so I love helping people feel more comfortable about what they put in their cart.
