Our local leadership is top tier.
What makes you most happy at work?
Less bureaucracy and corporate intervention. Letting our captain actually lead the ship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hours get cut in the summer when we hit record breaking numbers around the holidays without extra pay, no holiday pay (Christmas Thanksgiving and new years) we have to switch our schedules to still make our usual paycheck those weeks. Sick time and time off are lumped in the same
