Its just typical low-grade job issues. Mediocre pay, uninterested coworkers and managers who are overworked and undervalued

unfair pay, unethical behavior, not interested in employee growth or well-being but rather only interested in profit
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If they were paid better and valued more then maybe they would show more care for the employees beneath them
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If there was better pay and greater value for employees then the team would be more interested in working better together toward the ultimate goal
