Everyone is very friendly and approachable, and tries to support us and answer our questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just that I get paid to socialize and be in a friendly environment. The free food is also great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
You have to be friendly and sociable to be hired. We're all different ages but all get along really well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The store discounts are great, and the vision insurance allowed me to get contacts completely free and a new pair of glasses nearly free.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just that we make a point of everyone remaining positive, and the managers ensure that by frequently giving us free samples/tastings and we have multiple opportunities annually for a raise.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was super laid back, the manager (captain) and one of the assistant managers gave it to me outside at a table, and gave me a free snack and water. They were so friendly and we mostly just chatted. I didn't even know one was the manager until I was hired.
