I believe Trader Joes is the best job I have ever had and even though I have been working in mostly retail positions, this is a job that is well worth it to have any way you look at it. Trader Joe I believe has something to offer to any walk of life there is and I don't plan on quitting anytime soon
What makes you most happy at work?
Great co-workers, great opportunity, always kept busy, great management for the most part, good benefits. respectable salary, and need i say more?
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will hear out your concerns, but be aware that you can't always get what you want and your entire experience will depend on your captain.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How personable and emphatetic the managers could be. You are not seen as a number, but rather as an individual with strengths, admirable qualities, passions, interests, and an ambition to move up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ones that like to work as a team player could potentially be some of the greatest people you will ever meet in your life. People are mostly passionate about what they do and when that happens, you usually feel happiness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What i like the most about this company is that you are well rewarded for the work you put in. Everyday is different as you work all kinds of sections, are given many different responsibillities, you cashier, you order for a section, and literally everyday is an adventure.
