What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very open and understanding of circumstances, especially as a college student
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there's no real cliques amonst us. Everyone is included in some way shape or form
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all jive pretty well and we can goof around but still get work done efficiently
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the little children look for our mascot, Gully, to win stickers or lollipops. And helping the elderly shop around
What did you like most about the interview process?
They do a screening with a Mate, an Interview with another Mate, and then the final interview with the Captain
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a part time employee, I get dental and vision. And that's all I really need because I'm covered by my parent's medical insurance
