Stop favoritism happening and terminate immoral captains more readily...listen to the crew instead of your legal dept all of the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendships that help you swim through the lack of integrity. Lazy workers can be lazy if they boost captains ego while everyone else is scrambling to get store to open.
