It is now toxic if you are not vaccinated they Harass you , cut your hours back and shame you. They make it very political in the stores if you are not on the Biden side of things .
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a relaxing and comfortable experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop the harassment and shaming. Stop being so political with customers and crew alike .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do at times have a great day until the shaming comes in about vaccinated or none vaccinated or masked or none asked .
What are some of the best things about your team?
After all is said and done we use to be a group of people that were thought of as family. But now not so much.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Let everyone have their own options and not make it political. Fir those that do not wish to be vaccinated that is their choice not anyone else’s
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair for what we do . The company is a great company they have lost their focus and got blinded by the political mess that we are all in.
