Today I am ashamed of the stance Traders has taken by segregating our employees vaccine VS non-vaccinated. What of our core values? What was ran as a team now has a divide, our private life on display to everyone. Non-vaccinated kept your boat afloat without pay while vaccinated were sick from shot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work in sync, often running the whole store and all there sensitive issues
