There isn't a traditional interview process, but the equivalent processes for joining the company/joining specific teams are great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is outstanding. Friendly, accessible, helpful, and all-around knowledgable and very pleasant to interact with. All of the info can feel a bit intimidating to learn, but everyone goes out of their way to help.
