The friendly atmosphere makes it easy to work with others and diffuse any stress.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a test and you're allowed two retries in each section instead of having to do the whole thing over.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very active and someone is always available when there is a question or concern. They always have a solution for every problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is active an knowledgeable. They are willing to help out newcomers. Everyone is friendly and eager to work together to complete all the tasks at hand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there was an hourly base pay to go along with the audio hour pay rate. It would give more incentive to do more work and get more done faster.
