Team members are supportive, willing to help each other out, and enjoy seeing each other succeed. My favorite thing about my main team is their willingness to adapt to each new project that comes their way, their flexibility, kindness, and hard work.

They are supportive, they give us the tools we need to be the best we can be, they provide lots of opportunities for growth in both position and earnings, requirements to remain active are super reasonable, and they are flexible and understanding if you need some time off.
What did you like most about the interview process?
To begin working as a transcriber there is no interview process. You just have to study documents and pass a test. However, if you apply for some positions within the company, they do a Skype interview and are very friendly. They keep you updated by email on interview times, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am able to work from home, on my own time, and at my own pace! The process to move up in pay is simple and clearly laid out. The amount of money you make depends on how much time and effort you put into it, but they definitely give you the tools to succeed.
