Coworkers are all wonderfully friendly. I've only seen one instance of (unnecessary) hostility from a coworker and management shut it down fast. It's a great environment of encouraging and helping one another when we are able.
Again, I love the environment of cheering one another on and support and positive feedback when mistakes or failure happens. As long as you're willing to put in the work and ask the questions you will see everyone is willing to meet you where you are.
The leadership team is friendly and provides great feedback to help you learn how to do your job the best you can. When you make mistakes, there's no berating or shaming, you receive constructive criticism with kindness. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the resources and help you need.
I think just about anyone can get on with the company but not everyone is going to stick with it or move up to join special teams and take advantage of the opportunities. Because of the high standard for quality of work, it is harder to make the special teams. And I appreciate that work ethic!
