They're always there if you need help. You just have to reach out and someone or the other is sure to respond with what you're looking for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is such a motivator here! There's no sense of putting each other down WHATSOEVER. If anything, everybody is constantly encouraging everybody else. Seniors are esp nice to the newbies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility of hours. I can work whenever I want, from wherever I want, and there's always work available. I'd really like for this company to do better so that there is much much more work available to freelancers like me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
TranscribeMe has been a God-send. I'm constantly juggling between projects as an actor, and so there's no scope for me to take on a salaried job. I struggled with this for months before chancing upon TranscribeMe. Love that I can work anytime, anywhere. The team constantly encourages and motivates!
