It's been a great experience. Yes, there are downtimes when jobs aren't available, and sometimes it feels like forever before something becomes available, but overall, it's been an amazing company and I can't wait to continue to grow with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive in helping get you to where you need to be. They understand work may not always be available, and they don't hold it over your head. They are all wonderful, fabulous people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's relaxed and fun. You can come in and do a couple jobs, or if there aren't any available, you can put your page on auto-refresh and then hop onto Yammer and chat about anything, work-related or otherwise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all uplift one another, regardless if it's about transcription or just general life stuff. We help out by providing what research information we have so that others may be able to easily find it for the next batch of files, if needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to write and create my own hours. I am primarily a SAHM, though I have a very part-time job somewhere else, and it's nice to be able to hop on when the kiddo is sleeping and do a job or two before he wakes up. It makes me super happy and feels like I've accomplished something.
