What do you like best about the leadership team?
TM is a very friendly place to work at. Very courteous, understanding, and supportive staff. They offer great flexibility in terms of work-life balance. You get to choose what files to take and when, and the pay is the best I've experienced in online transcription companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. It's an online remote-working company that may not be best suited for other types of benefits offered by other physical companies, I think. But maybe they could have a shareable profile that can be used as a referral when seeking other gigs or employment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
No CV was required, just tests to take with immediate feedback, then when joining teams you get to have your work reviewed by an experienced reviewer who give great constructive feedback to help you improve. Plus you can always retake it after a while if you didn't make it the previous time.
