It has been an excellent experience. I learn new things every day, I am able to work the hours I need to, and can scale up or down depending on my needs. I am paid promptly and weekly, and my co-workers are seriously talented and funny people.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring process was mainly accomplished by taking exams to show proficiency. These were difficult at times but manageable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their willingness to help solve problems. Their generosity in sharing their knowledge. There is very much a team spirit and a real feeling that we are all trying to create the best product for the customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know I'm good at my job and so I know I'm going to be able to provide a good product for the customer. Because of the nature of my work, I learn new things every day keeping those brain cells active and thinking!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think each of us is really good at what we do and we recognise that we make up a team even though we work from across the globe. Communication is excellent and so problems can be solved in a timely manner. I think we all feel blessed to be working and are excited to tackle the assignments each day
