Everyone contributes comments and help on certain projects, and also are more than willing to answer work questions from anyone who needs help.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Basic test to start. Then your work is reviewed and input given on where you can improve, if any. Opportunity to move up to different positions after further testing.
What makes you most happy at work?
This is a second job for me which I do at my leisure. I enjoy transcribing the short jobs, and the topics are varied and interesting. Always something new and interesting to transcribe and learn about.
