Maybe the interface could be improved on so as to not require more data than is necessary.

The flexibility of the schedule and the possibility to move through different groups working on different types of files.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid as a contractor transcriber. The fact that the pay comes in as and when due, and appropriately answers all my questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a crowdsourcing company hence we have people from all over the world. It helps that you can almost always find someone who comes from a particular place or culture to help with context or with an accent on a hitherto difficult accented file.
