Pay is very low for actual time spent on the job to pass quality expectations. Online Yammer community is helpful, encouraging, and fun. There is room for advancement, but all training is unpaid, and exams can take hours.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It's basically all online, though the tests can be quite difficult, and studying guidelines is a must and done on your own time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For transceivers, and even on my special team, there are no meetings, btw. Still, the team is supportive on Yammer. You can always ask questions and receive assistance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Besides being supportive, a sense of camradery is created in the company's Yammer community. There are posts about every day life, fun contests, such as costume contest for Halloween...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While at a glance, compensation seems fair, due to high quality expectations (often involving research), after the actual time one spends on work, the compensation is extremely low, far below minimum wage. On the other hand, the community is very supportive, positive, and helpful.
