Encouraging, friendly, upbeat, helpful supervisors.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was just based on demonstration of skills. No resume, no cover letter, nothing superfluous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems nearly impossible to make minimum wage as a transcriber, even when you join "special teams." The flexibility of the job is great, and it's a friendly place to work, but I do feel taken advantage of in terms of pay.
