Everybody wants more money, but it's up to you to move to higher pay rate work.

Read and follow instructions and stop asking stupid questions that have been asked hundreds of times.
What did you like most about the interview process?
No face-to-face interview but entrance exam, which is suitably hard, but still doesn't filter out people who are lazy and unprofessional.
