Professionalism and teamwork. So glad for Yammer. So many resources and collective wisdom to glean from.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was an interviee per se, but an entrance exam with zero feedback if you fail.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are considerate about new transcribers. Failure is seen as a learning opportunity and nothing to be frowned upon.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very lenient and accessible. The work culture is great making it even more natural to interact with them.
