Corporate needs to make decisions based on each individual site. My site is already short handed on employees but we are meeting our sales & budget. Other sites must not be so they are cutting hours back on employees at my site and these individuals are now looking for other employment.
A higher wage would help, as well as getting employees who will do their jobs without being told they have to

There is too much of a gap between management and the rest of the employees. Management doesn't understand what the employees have to deal with on a day to day basis, nor do the employees understand what management deals with on a day to day basis.
