They are cheap and dont want to actually take care of the Business and the employees

Making sure product is stocked. Good customer service skills are badly needed.! Treating the customers so well that they cant wait to come back. More employees to help out with the customers needs and wants

there is a lack in teamwork and explanation with the managers

Corporate needs to make decisions based on each individual site. My site is already short handed on employees but we are meeting our sales & budget. Other sites must not be so they are cutting hours back on employees at my site and these individuals are now looking for other employment.

A higher wage would help, as well as getting employees who will do their jobs without being told they have to

My manager and corporate do not know what they are doing and refuse to put in the work or give people the hours to get things done

Some employees need to be fired for not doing their jobs

There is too much of a gap between management and the rest of the employees. Management doesn't understand what the employees have to deal with on a day to day basis, nor do the employees understand what management deals with on a day to day basis.
