The company could be a good company.!! But they dont have a care in the world about there employees. Management is garbage and ur over worked and underpaid.! They are so short staff its crazy at the same time trying to cut more hours when they already dont have enough emoyees to cover the shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I honestly cant answer that.! Nothing is positive
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very easy and as soon as i met with mangement i was offered the job.! First boss i had was great now his brother took over and its not so great
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Making sure product is stocked. Good customer service skills are badly needed.! Treating the customers so well that they cant wait to come back. More employees to help out with the customers needs and wants
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A leader who will lead.! Someone who cares bout how well the store is progressing because if the store makes money so does the employees.! They have no award system for the ones overworked.! They have no communucation skills.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication skills and to work and do their job. Make it easier for the next shift so the next shift can nmake it easier for you.! Teamwork need to be taught here because no one has any besides me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making more money because im the hardest worker in there! I clean up after each shift and make sure my shift is fully stocked clean and ready to go for the next shift and doing all that while working alone. We dont get breaks when we work 8hr days no one there to cover u the managers leave u
