Most days are great but like any job, there are co workers that are not easy to work with no matter how hard you try. Also, most recently my biggest complaint is associated with newer employees than myself receiving more hours and day swapping without notification & worse no honest explanation why.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far I don't know what they will do to help but at least they are willing to listen with consideration.
