I have worked there for 8 months and nothing but lies about everything snd now I have not been paid for 8 days because TA has liost my paperwirk and cant call payroll and my mgr. has not been helpful to resolve my isdue with list paycheck

When calling Deptsthey need to answer phones snd help employees I cant even call HR due to no answeing if phone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No more lying to employess and employees being able to phone HR, PAYROLL and ANY OTHER DEPT. a employee may need to speak with someone
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I put in paperwork to have my Direct deposit put in new account its been 5 weeks now and your Payroll cant get it right niw I have gone 3 1/2 weeks no pay
