The general manager makes it easy to come to him with issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the interview process was simple, and I was able to relax instead of stressing over it

Again people need to work hard at fulfilling their duties instead of trying to push it off on someone else
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A higher wage would help, as well as getting employees who will do their jobs without being told they have to
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everyone needs to focus on doing their jobs to the best of their abilities instead of trying to push it off on someone else or a different shift just to avoid blame
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even after we hit a pay cap for our positions, I feel we should get a bonus for continuing to work hard, whether the bonus be permanent or just a couple times a year
