Endurance.. the ability to take the garbage from up top and still perform

Changes from corporate and actually listening to the employees who are in the trenches.. not someone from an ivory tower
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Zero communication with the field.. 50 vice presidents trying to scare people while sending operations in opposite directions. Truly sad when almost no vice presidents have successfully ran in the field on the last decade.. massive disconnect with the ground floor
