Better communication between management and corporate. More hands on involvement from home office. Employees would benefit greatly from seeing the important folks drop in and conduct some training or stop by a store to recognize an employee or department for some type of success. Boost morale too

Making sure product is stocked. Good customer service skills are badly needed.! Treating the customers so well that they cant wait to come back. More employees to help out with the customers needs and wants
